Bruno Colin è il miglior produttore di Chassagne non si può dire il contrario. Tutti i parcellari hanno evidenti note in comune ma anche piccole peculiarità differenti. Maltroie risulta essere più fresco e beverino di Les Verger che invece risulta piü minerale.

Master's ⛳ final Sunday, and starting with some very nice bubbles. I've been very impressed with Bruno Paillard, having now had three different Champagnes from this producer and each has impressed. This NV rosé is extra Brut, and is made from a blend of 25 different vintages going back to 1985. Mostly PN with some Chardonnay - a secret blend. Fine, vigorous bubbles with notes of crushed raspberry, slate, violets, lemon and cherry. 👍🥂

2017 めちゃうまい。 シルキーで華やかな香り。 注ぎたては、還元香もうっすらだけど、しばらくすると甘やかな花のような香り。 タンニックな味わいと、キュートな酸味。甘さのバランスも絶妙

just opened this 20 years old beauty( assemblage 2004) the golden intense yellow is breathtaking. almost invisible but still present perlage. brioche come imperious on the nose first, followed by green apple, toast and citrus note. then honey pre-potently come over. almonds caramel and stone . Minerals . Incredible acidity. Such a beauty to be drink right now!

Copper in colour abv 12. Aged 36 months in barrels. Feb 2021 disgorged. Red berries, red apple, minerality raspberries, honey, white flower, citrus , high acidity and yeasty. Pretty lovely only opened up 2 hours after opening . I ordered this to treat @[1|55477021|JG] and @[1|56173507|VG]. However lol 🤣@[1|55477021|JG] asked the waitress the price despite I already paid lol 😆. Oh well I will treat them another time then Anyway nice meet up for NYE

ブリュノ・コランのシャサーニュ・モンラッシェ ・1er・マルトロワ2018。シャサーニュ・モンラッシェ 村の1級畑のマルトロワのシャルドネ100%。樽熟成は12ヶ月、新樽率は15〜20%。味わいはたっぷりとしたミネラルと穏やかな酸があり、如何にもシャサーニュ的な味わいです。温度的には冷やさずにセラーから出してそのままのほうが果実味が感じられておいしいです。鳥レバーとニラとおろしニンニク炒め+粉山椒によく合ってました。 　ブリュノ・コランはシャサーニュ・モンラッシェ の作り手。父はミッシェル・ コラン・ドレジェのミッシェル・コランであり、兄がフィリップ・コラン。2003年にミッシェル・コランの引退を機に兄と共に独立。所有する畑は8haで兄よりもシャサーニュの畑が多い。白ワインの醸造法は、 兄や父と同じく、発酵のきっかけを温度管理の容易なステンレスタンクで始め、発酵が中盤となったところで樽に移すというもの。 ブリュノのワインはミネラル感の強いフィリップのものよりむしろ果実味重視とのこと。

This wine tastes of black cherry, BlackBerry and green pepper. I originally got a nose of alcohol and medium acidity.

Soft bright fruity acidity - I guess that's cherry. Goes very well with an Italian meal.

Dark and expressive, yet still very lively and crisp on the palate. Soft and dusty, with earthy mineral and farmstead components.

Smoother and Still astringent. Lots of toasted rye bread, dry hay and chocolate. Still strong tannins but Will even out with breathing. Very nice.

Great legs, cherry, acidity, light to medium body and smooth. Went well with pasta and a boulinase sauce on a very cold evening.

A nice Italian wine for $26. Bold, smooth and very good on the palate. Could work with pasta and red sauce and pork chops. Both have been delightful.

Bright acids and red fruit come through immediately, followed by a light dusting of tannins for structure and to add some earthiness. Tasty.

The red fruit aroma is very distinct, easy on the palate, smooth to drink. Lingers a fair amount of time on the palate as well.

The bubbles are delicate and smooth. The palate is of the opulent type and somewhat complex. I think again that rosé Champagne is good to drink while watching the sea. The taste is not cold, but warm. It is a strange expression for a Champagne. 泡立ちは繊細で滑らか。味わいは豊潤なタイプであり、やや複雑。ロゼのシャンパーニュは、海を見ながら飲むに良い、と改めて思う。味わいは冷たいタイプではなく、暖かみがある。シャンパーニュの表現としては変だが。

4.0 白い花や青リンゴ、オレンジ、みかん、もも、レモンや河原の小石、ハーブなど爽やかなアロマ。 繊細で優しい酸味、肉付きの良い果実感、ミネラルがしなやかな骨格を作る。 ぎゅっと絞った、黄色の果実のニュアンスが強い。 口当たりは丸く、綺麗で豊かな果実味を感じる。全くしつこくなく、酸味、ミネラルが綺麗に続く。私好みの爽やかで、芳醇という言葉が似合う奥行きのある白。とても美味しい。

Ruby/purple, lighter than most dolcettos. Fairly elegant dark fruit and leather on the nose and on entry. Dry. Smooth, with soft tannins and mild acidity. Medium finish. Clean, very elegant, medium bodied, easy drinking. Not quite Dogliani, but still good. 13.5% ABV. 100% Dolcetto.

100% Dolcetto from Northern Italy. Aromas of blackberry and violet flowers. A hint of licorice in the aftertaste. Low acidity. Cheers! 北イタリアのドルチェット100%。ブラックベリー、スミレの花の香り。後味に甘草を感じる。酸味は少ない。乾杯！

A year from my last bottle, this Dolcetto still takes hours to open up. The initially dull nose eventually sings with violet, black cherry, earth and sage. The palate contrasts sweet cherry fruit with black tea bitterness and the tannins, spice and acidity have all softened a bit. Medium(+) body, unusually serious for Dolcetto. Achingly Italian and traditional and demanding, which I rather like, but it won't be for everyone.

Fresh strawberry still alive after 5 years. Good acidity with a nice finish. The wine changed and improved with air. Great dolcetto. Solid 3.9 stars.

Rubi red with violet reflections, fragrant black fruits. Dry, moderately low acid, pleasant bitter aftertaste, typical of this variety.

総じて美味しいという評価にはなろう。 ただし5,000円という値段は少々やりすぎ。 ドルチェットという偏見を抜きにしても、ブルーノジャコーザの威光も抜きにしても、美味いが高い。笑 色はやや過剰なまでに鮮やかな紫。 個人的にはこれをケミカルパープルと読んで敬遠してきたが、ただしこのファッレットは一味も二味も違う(ただし高い)。 香りは、良くいえば甘やか。悪くいえば甘ったるい要素が一義。 その中でも、果実感はもちろんタップリで、しっかり追いかけると複雑さもある。 スパイス感も、シナモンともクローブとも言えないが、甘めのものがあり、雰囲気はなかなか。 味はタンニンまろやか、酸は強くないがほどよく、なによりやはり熟した果実の甘さが特徴。 エノテカ店員がサイト上で「コンフィチュール」と表現しているが、言い得て妙。ジャミーと言いきってしまっては野暮。少しお洒落な表現が適切な1本。 ただし高い！笑

ベリーをコンポートした果実の甘みとややざらつくボリュームのあるタンニン。パワフル。

Did not enjoy this as much as their Barbera. Not very balanced somehow,propably more oak and alcohol than expected. On the other hand dolcetto does not exactly have a special place in my heart!

2018 タイのイタリアンでグラス注文。 ボディあり、主張はそこまで無いので、生ハムなんかには合った。

イタリアピエモンテ DOCドルチェットダルバ　2019 ブルーノ・ジャコーザ ドルチェット100% 透明感のあるやや明るいルビー カシスの香りの中に甘い香りもある 穏やかな酸に、シルキーなタンニン 余韻も程よくある イオンデワインのセールにて、3980円のところを1980円にて購入。

クリスピーな赤黒フルーツをかじった感じの果実感。カベルネフランとは違うピラジン。クランベリーとかもうちょっと大きい硬いフルーツ。 柑橘で言うとレモンの酸味が特徴的。 ブルガリアのルービン(ネビオーロとシラーの交配)より酸味がありタンニンが少ない。

3.4〜 ドルチェットダルバ17 黒い果実よりもイチゴやベリーに紅茶のようなアロマ。出汁、杉、少しスパイスやハーブ？のニュアンスも残る。 口当たりは滑らかでとても落ち着いた印象。 黒果実のふくよかなアロマに穏やかでまとまりのある酸味。 爽やかなアフターでしっとりとした印象。

最近軽いワインが続いたのでちょっといいワインを開けてみました…初ドルチェット・ダルバ、イタリアはピエモンテ州から。キレイなルビー色、甘いチョコレートやバラ、少しインクの香りがしてエレガントな雰囲気。飲むと甘くなく、シルキーなタンニンが心地よいミディアムボディ。余韻に少し苦味が残る。食事と合わせると最初はバラの香りが強すぎに感じられた…🌹 Recently light wines appeared frequently so I opened a bit costly wine this time…My first Dorcetto D'Alba, from Piemonte, Italy.Beautiful ruby color, scent of sweet chocolate, rose and a bit of ink with elegant atmosphere. ベリー系の甘み。 ちょっと甘ったるい印象があるので料理と合わせるのが難しい。 単体コスパ良しワイン。

エノテカ渋谷ヒカリエShinQs店さんにて、バイザグラス50ml。 ジャコーザのドルチェットダルバの23をいただきます。チェリー、ストロベリー、スミレ。少し香水っぽさもあるでしょうか。柔らかな口当たり。綺麗な果実味、緻密なタンニン。ジャコーザのワインを評価する立場にはありませんが、文句なく美味しいですねー。ありがとうございます。 結構飲みました。家に帰ってからは飲みかけワインを楽しみたいと思います。皆さんも素敵な夜を！おやすみなさい⭐️

わりとさっぱりしていて、しつこくない印象。 ベリーっぽさがあって、つまみを必要としないワインと思いました。 余韻が長く、口の中での変化を楽しめるワインでした!!

Red fruit and chocolate and went well with hearty pasta. Just not as good to me as the southern and Sardinian reds. For the higher price than those wines, I wouldn’t purchase it again, but the quality is very good and if you like Dolcetto, this is a nice choice.

Svartvinbär, lakrits, anis, körsbär. Medelfylligt med ganska låg syra men desto mer tanninstinn. Anar örter i doft. Kryddigt och eldigt avslut.
