美味い。 レーズン、カシス、ブラックベリーを思わせる香りと、熟成の進んだガーネット。 口に含んだ時の優しく濃厚な味わいと自然派ならではの有機的な味わいがバランス良く、まさに美味。

Wow! Hazem Kamal brought us this special superior Napa cab with him on a Greek cruise to Hydra to enjoy with Mohsen and Jackie. He has great legs! Smooth, rich with plum, dark chocolate and cherries. We had it onboard with Norman’s Cesar salad and spaghetti bolognaise.

Absolutely gorgeous. Subtle fruity notes with the slightly sweeter honey infusion that all around generates a stunningly unique flavour.

A nice subtle chenin blanc. Honey, vanilla, apricot, with a hint of lemon and pineapple on the finish. Has a lot going for it but could be more concentrated for my taste. Really soft but present acidity.

2023.02.06 　自宅　 評価 4.1 グラン・クリュ シュイィ村のシャルドネ100%使用。 ドサージュ 6.5g/L。 Mise en cave ; Mai 2018 Degorgement ; Janv.2021 とあるので熟成 32ヶ月ということでしょうか、、、、 昨日飲んだガメ エクストラ ブリュット キャラクターとは全く性格が異なり、ブラン・ド・ブランらしい爽やかさが特徴。ブリオッシュな感じにはやや乏しいもののそれなりにボリューム感があります。 今日はお造りとチーズアソートをあてに頂いたのですが、どちらも相性は抜群でした。

オレンジに近いイエロー バター オーク 洋梨 酸味と渋みがいい具合に残るので、たくさん飲みたくなる。

Inviting nose of spice and berry. Soft texture. Mouth filling. Mixed berry with a hint of tart, like a rhubarb. Finish is long but slightly sharp. Good. But There’s better Waiheke reds going for this price.

Merlot 58%, Petit Verdot 21%, Malbec 13%, Cabernet Franc 7%, Syrah 1%. Deep dark ruby. Plum, cassis, hints of mocha and earthy notes with a smooth mouthfeel. Long finish.

Brut Blanc de Blancs NV of Vazart-Coquart (RM), a small family winery. Champagne-like elegance and delicate creamy bubbles fits well for the celebration.

ドサージュ3.5g/Lのブランドブラン。 見た目は薄めなイエローゴールド。 香りは基本爽やか顔。控えめなブリオッシュやバター香も感じるが、レモネード、和梨、そしてハッキリとりんごのニュアンス。 味わいもスッキリ爽やかな酸味がベースを成し、中盤はブドウのジューシーさ。終盤から余韻はマロラクティックの膨よかなフレーバーを感じさせつつもキレ上がりよくドライな印象。泡は荒めで、もう少し細やかさがほしいと感じたが、辛口で飲みやすくつい進んでしまう美味しさ。

ザ・ガーデン自由が丘で¥1200程で購入。インポートは元キューピーの親会社の中島董商店のワイントゥスタイル。 色は淡いレモンイエロー、グリーン味というか青みは強い。 香りはパッションフルーツ、ライム、欧米の酸っぱい洋梨、グァバ、ほのかに駆り立ての芝、濡れた石。 味わいは辛口で、酸はやや高く、アルコールは中程度12.5程か表記同じ。ミディアムマイナスボディ、風味はギリギリ中程度と言っても良いか、後味はやや短い。 南アの代表選手のシュナンブランなんですが、明らかにキャラクターがニュージーランドソーヴィニヨンブランのそれ。そして、価格¥1200程、最安値でもNZソーヴィニヨンブランは¥1900くらいはすることを考えれば価格的にかなりプラスができる4.0安価なワインですが、見つけたら買うこと推奨ですね。

2022.3.30. 『レ コパン デュ ドミニク ブシェ』にて ドイツとは少し違う甘さのワイン 若草の味わいで意外に美味しい

楽天、ワインショップソムリエさん。 今年の締めはイギリス🇬🇧の泡で。 やや淡い麦色。 ブリオッシュ感はほんのり。果実味はスッキリしつつ豊かでシトラスやリンゴ。 綺麗な果実味。とっても良くまとまっている。酸味も程よく効いていて心地よい。泡はきめ細かい。 変なクセがないので飲みやすく美味しい泡です。

Vivino get together with M&M. My first 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 sparkling, yummy! M&M delighted us with this offering. Golden colour. Bouquet of almond, yeast, apples. Big bubbles. In palate notes of baked apples, and brioche. Medium acidity and creamy finish. Blend of all main Champagne varietals and made by traditional method.

Dinner with Dani and family! Our first contribution was this 🇬🇧 Sparkling. It happened to be a ✅ for both Dani and us and it didn’t disappoint! A classic blend of PN, Chard and PM that resulted in a Champy like profile. Straw in the glass with a hint of pink and a nutty nose. Dominant flavours of almond, brioche, and creamy mouse with a hint of yellow apple. Good level of fizz. 4.2 ✨

It’s a brioche and toast nose lead to a red apple flavour. Strangely the bubbles spoil it, their not unrefined but they some how spoil the palate

レーズンの甘やかさもあり、苦瓜をもいで割ったようなフレッシュさもあり。ゴムのように凝縮していた樽香も数時間で解れて丁度いいぐらいに。 滑らかで伸びやかな酸と緻密なタンニン。ほのかに塩味。 エレガンス、バランス、フィネスのうち前者2つは確実にある。個人的にフィネスの境地までは達しなかったかなあ。 抜栓当日で飲み切ったほうがよさそう。

4.0 Aged in used oak. Black cherry, graphite, white pepper, violets, and oak. Bigger bodied and a tad too much wood for me. Silky on the palate with a touch of spice. Long and mineral finish.

2015 vintage. Very easy to drink. Deep garnet-inky red. Rose and chery on the nose. Medium+ body, lingering acidity and smooth tanins. 3.8 points.

First time I tried Kefrankos. A bit stronger than other varieties from the same winery, but also with great character, red fruit persistent notes, toasted, soft tannins. Very enjoyable.

南アフリカ、ピノタージュ。 イチゴ、クリーム、バニラ、キャラメル、チェリー、オーク、チョコレートなどの香り。 まろやかな口当たり。カドが一切ないです。甘み、渋みのバランス良好。柔、酸味は柔らかです。果実味は豊かで余韻があります。 赤ワインに合う料理には合わせやすいです。チーズに合わせました。

深くて澄んだルビー色。ベリーの口当たり。口に含むと土の味わい。白のような酸味。なかなか面白い南アフリカ産ピノタージュ。

On the palate, it presents a medium-bodied experience with a vibrant acidity and tannic grip that promises aging potential. From what I gathered It’s both a tribute to Hungarian winemaking tradition and a testament to the region’s modern innovation.

香り良し。軽めだが渋みもあり、デイリーワインとしては良し。洋梨、ハチミツ、適度な酸味としっかりした渋み。 サクラアワードコールドだがそこまでではないような。

ゲベルツらしいライチのアロマ漂う上品な甘さが癒してくれる。スパイシーな料理に負けない力量。単独飲みでもチビちび飲んでいられそう。

O Five’s Reserve Pinotage revela uma cor rubi profunda, com aromas intensos de frutas vermelhas maduras, acompanhados por notas de especiarias e um toque de cacau. Na boca, é encorpado, com taninos suaves e um final persistente e harmonioso. É um vinho versátil, excelente para acompanhar carnes grelhadas, churrasco e queijos de sabor marcante.
