Nose: Maraschino cherries (sugary red fruit candy aroma), white gummy bears (??), strawberries, red popsicle (??) -- mellow like an American pinot, tannins smoothed out since purchase. Maybe a hint of grappa aroma. Tannins seemed to become grippier an hour post opening. Strawberry flavor. Fruitiness goes away with oxidation? 2009
Outstanding! Colour: ruby red with some orange highlights. Nose: very complex, fruity with hint of black cherry, ripe red fruit and toasted dry fruit. Furthermore spicy hint of pepper Taste: full body with beautiful structure. Well balanced. Fresh and clean mouthfeel. Final: long and persistent with velvet tannins. In my opinion is a burgundy style with a masterly use of French oak.

Yum! 🤤 Happy Nebbiolo Monday/Nebbruary! Complex and savory Cru, intense but superbly sippable now! Paired with seared tuna, broccoli and quinoa/wild rice chez moi. 😅 Deep transparent garnet. Balsam 🌲 coal 🪨 , black cherry 🍒 compote, blood orange 🍊 M+ bodied, dry, fine 💪🏿tongue gripping tannins, obvs 🤤 high acidity, dark cherry 🍒 pomegranate, sottobosco, savory herbs subtle licorice, 💥 of orange zest finish, long, 14% alcohol. A meditation wine. ☺️
Omg… 3 years in the cellar and it’s just a stunningly gorgeous wine with fantastic complexity!! I mean it was before on my previous review but it’s now sitting high with the likes of Gaja Barbaresco. So elegant .. I’m in love. Revisiting this, it’s full of licorice, raspberries and that which many have noted, tar! Such finesse with grippy tannins. It’s so balanced, I’m saddened while writing this that it’s not a magnum and a Friday night 🤔 Cheers wine friends, happy Humpday🍷🍷👌
Electric! Bright red in the glass, explosive red licorice nose. Also bright in the palate all the way through showing some sort of fresh herb-ness. Cracked Pepper on the back end with a long finish; mouth-coating tannins accompanied with rubber as it rings clear. Fantastic juice at the $50 price point. It’s amazing alongside fatty beef
Great complexity with smoke, tight leather, raspberry, cranberry, and a lot of raisin. It has a beautiful brick red color that belies the depth of flavor it holds. Truly a pleasure to drink.

I ♥️ Cantina del Pino - but it's wedged between price points I commonly buy at. It's not in my go-to range and it's not splash out treat-myself range. And the quality is wedged there as well. It's so compelling. Beyond daily reach. But not quite hanging w iconic bottles. TN - Gorgeous medium ruby appearance. Dried floral, inky blackcurrant, incense stick, rubber tyre, lemon oil. Spiky tannins + high acidity say age. The wine screams drinks me. Huge thanks @[1|6850878|Martin Lawson] for this
Light brown light red, cherry, candied cherry, red fruit, mushroom, bright acidity, fresh acidic, astringent great cherry mid palate,
Fabulous .. medium body but packed with flavor. Spicy, lots of pepper soft cedar, gentle tannins. Very smooth and tasty. Loved it
Had this at Cibo, it had to open up but once it did this was a very enjoyable wine! On the lighter side but still with a lot of depth.
Beautifully nuanced wine, smooth and medium-light, with rich flavors of red apple, cherry, cranberry, and leather. Drying finish.
I like this better compared to their regular barbaresco. Ripe red fruit and plum oak on the nose. Fruity raspberry cherry on the taste. Tannin is medium. 90/100
Jammy on the nose, berry fruit but it is lighter. Spicy finish brought out by the cold meats. Awesome. Just had another Nov 2017 and this is delightful.
Moderate nose with very complex smells. Strawberries, raspberries, dark cherries, and lavender. Smooth as silk and lovely on the tongue. Highly recommend this beauty.
Fantastic bottle, fresh bing cherry, raspberries, strawberries, licorice, earthy, tar, violet, and oak. Rich, complex, needs to age for good amount of time. Cheers
Consistent with my last tasting note 4 years ago...the only difference is that it gained more balance and finesse. At peak with enough reserves for another decade.
Elegant wine. Decanted prior to drinking. Once it opens up this is a beauty! Tart cherries on the nose which carry through to the palette. Soft tannins
Peppery nose, raspberry and red fruits, rose petal, and a distinctive earthy floral character. Clearly present, but soft tannin leaves a long and very pleasant finish.
Pulled a bottle for Christmas Eve with pork tenderloin & apple chutney. In the last year this has aged beautifully. Very earthy with herbal notes of thyme. Just a lovely wine!
Complex wine with powerful aromas of baked red currants. Dried herbaceous quality with tilled soil and baking spices. Lots of fresh acidity on a finish that lasts for days. So tannically delicious.

Clean, light purple. Light aromas of blackberries and plum. Dry, Full bodied, medium acidity, medium plus tannins. Great balance and complexity. Incredible smoothness. Blackberries, red cherries, raspberries, vanilla (pronounced). Very good wine.
Lightweight heavyweight medium bodied 🇮🇹 Barbaresco. Aromas of pink rose petals, sour red cherries, blueberries, fresh mint, white pepper, tar, noticeable licorice and spicy undergrowth. High acidity, with smooth but medium to high tannins. Alcohol is (very) high at 15%, but not overpowering. Good balance and intensity, with a long finish. We bought this in Barbaresco many years ago, drank it at home.
'From there we came outside and saw the stars'...after the hellish experience of yesterday night! An heavenely barby, precise, extremely balanced! Black truffles in the mouth, wild berries and a mouthwatering acidity! Astonishing aging potential! I praise Baccus my liver to keep... amen!
Delicate seductive nose with bright red berries, wild strawberries, caramel, salmiak, lavender, roses and hints of vanilla. Some candy store notes and pastilles in a nice way. Velvety creamy mouthfeel with a nice freshness, sour berries, grape tones, high acidity and sharp but well integrated tannins. Young but very approachable, lovely balance. Hybrid of modern and classic style, aged in both French barriques and botti. Needs lots of air. Great future ahead with added complexity, highly recomme
Great Barbaresco, a bit too young now but it shows a good potential for aging. High tannins, high acidity, good body and bone dry. On the nose notes of licorice, red fruit, cherry, strawberry, smoke, oak, violet and leather make an intriguing complexity. Ends with a nice long finish.
Sleek seductive aromatic nose pickled strawberries, cherries, wild raspberries, blackberry, caramel, delicacy, roses, violet. Clear notes of terroir. Oboy this is good! Young sharp acidity with well crafted integrated tannins. My contribution to the tasting. A great positive response and score from all my fellow tasters. Air the bottle well before tasting to obtain the greatness of the wine. 95p
Great barbaresco youngster. Retasting from last june. Exactly same notes. Lovely dark cherries, strawberries, raspberries and floral elements on intense nose. Racy acidity and bold tannins with dark cherries on palate. Medium bodied but very long complex fruity and spicy finish. Great texture and balance. Very near 4,5 stars; ok its worth it. As battle against PdB riserva Ovello v 2013 this one won today. Top barbaresco.
Smooth, zoals een Barbaresco hoort te zijn. Bijna snoep ! Kersen, drop.
Up north wine paired with raduno meat sauce and fresh pasta. Excellent dry Italian red. Refined and delicious
Very mature, complex and balanced wine with plenty of minerals, tannines, alcohol, cherry toffies and a hint of glue.

Really good. Dark cherry and tobacco and some spice. High tannins and well balanced acid. Little orange nose. Lots of flavor. Enjoy
Dark and hints of red fruit, jam of plumes and black cherries, tobacco, and white pepper. Medium bodied and elegant wine with fine tannins and a long and gorgeous finish.
Happy newyear! 🍾🍾🍾 Appearance: ruby red, garnet edge, clear, medium intens. Nose: developing, medium intens, clean condition. Aromas of new leather, sour cherry, mushroom, meaty, charcuterie. Palate: dry, medium intens, medium acidity, medium (+) tannins, medium body, medium (+) finish. Added aromas to nose of undergrowth. Assesment: outstanding wine. A bit too young to drink.
Meaty nose, bricking edges clear garnet color. Layers and layers of flavors: red meat, tobacco, leather, fruits like plum and raisins. Some nice black cherry on the lonnnng finish. Soft tannins in abundance.
Purple with a classic rim of garnet. Aromas classical of Nebbiolo with red cherries rose eucalyptus tar and slight floral note. High acidity and tannins that have slightly smoothed out. Elegant and lovely drinking with classic Italian fare

Wonderfully aromatic Barbaresco with - for a Nebbiolo - quite vanilla oaky flavors, especially in the lingering finish. Other aromas include roses, red cherries, balsamic vinegar. Pronounced alcohol, medium to full body. Good intensity and balance. We drank this with Sander and Mel.
Fantastic Barbaresco from cru Albesani in Neive. It's powerful and young but oh so delicious. Very ripe but exquisitely balanced. Tarmac, old wood, cola, and macerated cherries on the nose. Dark fruit symphony on the palate with rose perfume, mint, chocolate, and licorice notes adding complexity. Cleansing acidity and tannic attack on the long finish. Would love to drink this 10 years down the line. Cantina del Pino is a relatively new producer established in 1997 when they left the Prod. del Ba

Beau millesime 2009.

Black cherry, medium tannin, high acid. Delicious!
It needs time, but then.....😊
Christmas 2021 at home. From Clive.
Drinking well! Good with truffles
Very delicious barbaresco, Light and fruity with a dark afternote.
Absolutely wonderful. Refreshing! Interesting and complex yet so approachable.
Tart. Some cherry. Beautiful dry finiy.
Earthy, elegant, beautiful tannins, structure for days, acid and rustic red fruit. Fantastically balanced and nuanced. Deep and seductive. Wow. 94.
Davvero piacevole. Frutti rossi, pelle. Super
Really delightful end to the night. Pair this red with a tiramisu and you’ll get a harmony of cherry chocolate and satisfaction
One of the best Del Pino wines I have had. Many good wines at Te Weka Bay the start of 2025 with Andrew, Cathy, Mike, Larry, Jeff, Ness and Tom. Cloudy weather, good company!

The flavor is ripe cherry pepper, cedar, cranberry, overripe cherry, oregano, dry earth, tannin, salt, meat crust. Medium ruby color to yellow edges. Full body with grip. Superb barbaresco. Very nice ruby red nebbiolo with notes of red fruit, pomegranate, rose, black licorice, and mint. Excellent and elegant wine with good tannins, soft and silky, balanced with fresh acidity and was a very delicious bottle overall.
Intense spiced plum and heavily raisined. Cedar, black olive tapenade, plums, tea leaf and chewy black cherry. Intense and pronounced. Grippy tannins. Bone dry at first, but settled down after 15 minutes in a decanter, and opened up beautifully.
Nose cherry raspberry Palate starts brilliantly with cherry and red fruit, vanilla strawberry earthy
This is a lovely Barbaresco, rich, fragrant and structured, a great result from the very variable 2012 vintage. The layers to the aroma are wonderful, strawberry, rose, orange peel, milk chocolate, cigar and spice. It tastes almost as good as it smells, earth and clay, really quite chewy, loads of tannin and acidity. An impressive combination of power and energy. I am very impressed with the quality to cost here.
On the nose, vanilla, oak, wood, earthy, cherry and blackberry, on the mouth, full, bold, sharp, easy to drink and warm in the body
Stannnary En Primeur Tasting 2023 Among line of Ovello, Classico from same region this is my most like one from 2019 vintage. I can sense bit more perfume and more warmer/dried fruits than other barbaresco, maybe because it is female producer? On the note it says the soil here is more clay with a warmer, southerly exposition, making wine more approchable in its young vintage.
Excellent juice and value here! Ruby red in the glass, dark cherry raspberry leather licorice mint camphor aromas, palate wonderful structured balanced popping springy red currant cherry blackberry cranberry licorice and puffing tobacco in the long juicy precise finish…👏
I probably opened this bottle at couple of years too early but the attributes are all there to be amazing. Ruby red colour. 1 hoir decant. Nose was a litle muted which is probably why I said it needs tine. Great structure on the palate with cherry and raspberry mixed with some cigar box and cedar notes. Some gritty tannins which needs time to absorb. Finished a little muted but still got some nice leather in the back of the throat. Went well with pork loin we had. Loved the complexity.
MG. Still very young
Potent and very young still. Probably could've been poured before the Botti Grande because of its more delicate nose and wild, flitting palate.
I did not experienced wine, that is changing for so long. Decant needed a lot! Cherry, cinamon, black pepper, oak, Later even plum,
Delightful Barbaresco with bright ruby colors, red berries, a hint of sour cherry, tar and a crisp finish that definitely needs and complements food so well. Yum!
Garnet red, red fruit like cherry, strawberry and raspberry. Herbal notes, earthy, tar. Medium bodied wine with firm tannins, well balanced ang a long aftertaste
Notes from a Piemonte tasting in the club. Another flight of 2005 Barbaresco drinking well now! A bit tight nose. Earthy, leafy, floral. On the palate it offers more. Nice mature notes, pleasant fruit, dried fruit, black tea, very nice to drink now!
Medium color. The nose is bright and colorful. The palate opens with notes of light of vanilla and hints of old books (yes, you know how books smell). There is a nice mix of cherries, cedar, and dark fruit. The tannins arr moderate, but well integrated. Overall, this is a very nice wine.
The single-vineyard Orvello delivers a similar profile, offering more depth and complexity than the Albesani in a pleasant, balanced way. A beautiful Barbaresco in the best mode. Perfect with a ‘red’ saddle of venison.
Modern dynamic Barbaresco. On palate straightaway to tell it is Nebbiolo without doubt. If to say what is different about this bottle: not much dried flower. More fruit driven: red cherry, Strawberry. The finish is fruity, silky and lengthy. Which I really like. Decent wine making and very approachable now (compared to some stubbborn barolo just never opens up🤣)
Italian Wine Scholar course wine #88 🗓: 2020 🍇: Nebbiolo 👁: Pale ruby 👃: Medium to medium+ intensity for nose. Notes of cherry, cranberry, toast, leather, earthy, tar 👅: Dry, medium+ acidity, 14.5% abv, full bodied, medium+ (smooth) tannins, palate has dried herbs in addition to nose, medium+ to long length finish There is a subtle elegance about this Barbaresco that makes it appealing. It’s not loud but it’s quietly confident of itself. Nice length on the finish. 4.2 pts for me
Happy Nebbruary/Piedmontuary 😁🍷#3 A light, feminine Nebby! Pale garnet color. Leather, cherry and floral rose nose. Black cherry, cherry, leather, clove and spice in the mouth. Soft and feminine but still a beast. Dry, medium body+ high acidity. Strong tannins. Long finish. Went out to an Italian dinner last night right before this blizzard hit us🥶🌨❄🥶
Tried in Oct 2024. Open for 2hr, acidity is Med plus plus, need more time. Most aromatic of the 3 barbaresco. Tannin is high
Excellent barbaresco. Vintage 2008. You have to let it breathe for more than 1 hour so that the oaky and volatile compounds expire, and others come to fruition. Drink in a nice round wine glass.
One of my early favourites in the ongoing journey of appreciating Nebbiolo. And still a heap of enjoyment for me here. Pretty buffed and polished. Clear modern influence in structure and fruit intensity. Combined with the charm of 2015 vintage makes for a generous and lip-licking young Barbaresco.
Beautiful bottle! Very aromatic, floral, menthol and some cherry. Very nice for the price. Ready to drink! I recommend. Cheers
Tried in Oct 2024. Open for 2 hrs breathing from bottle. Richer on body than the barbaresco. Acidity is Med plus, tannin is Med plus
This is a very sharp wine shared by my folks paired with chicken tonight. Has wild berry, mineral and violets in the nose. It tapers out in the palate. I would love to try this again paired with something else, I’m just not sure what dish.
Happy DWTHYWEUS day! My first official entry for Nebbuary, at last. Barbaresco with some age, which I have been keeping in my cellar for about 10 years. A nose of strawberry, red cherry, tobacco, tar, vanilla. Medium body, velvety tannins, medium length. Have a great weekend!
Elegant with fruit in good condition and very accessible but still very classic with distinct herbaceous notes.
Quick access to this beautiful Barbaresco. Cru is recognizable and the vintage comes through as well.
Jahrgang 2021. Feines Himbeer- Bouquet, Farbe von klarem Rotorange, Geschmack nach Himbeeren, Schwarzkirschen und Leder, warme Tannine, Abgang nach Zeder und Tabak.
Excelent Barbaresco. Complex, intense and balanced. With beautiful length.
Mushroom, violet, and lime on the nose. Palate is black cherry and plum. Medium tannin. Very good.
Delicate finish
Nose cherry raspberry. Palate oak strawberry cherry tobacco
Superb. Elegant one. A bit spicy finish.
Vendemmia 2020. Voto 91-92/100
Luigi’s Nebbiolo Tasting Event Floral red fruit cherry strawberry oak spice dried herbs
I really enjoyed the 2012 vintage but this seems slightly off the mark. It is perhaps on the journey to being oxidised. Thankfully, not quite there yet. Some of those rose petal and tar notes again. Nice squeaky tannins as I like to call them. Soft and moving into that ethereal realm but based on my last tasting note, I was expecting a bit more bosh. The acidity seems tempered back somewhat. A slight chewy and herbal finish. It's a nice wine but i was hoping to be blown away like with the 201
Not bad. Bleech in comparison to the 2002 barbaresco but still notes of cherry raspberry tar oak red fruit leather earthy. With @[1|31891932|Lisa L] @[1|45897247|Rebecka Leirup] and @RR and @[1|59537593|Stefan Di Montalcino] and @[1|59537424|Filippa Johnsson].
Ruby Color. Pronounced tannins, high acidity. Tones ripen cherry, plum compote, chocolate and oaky tones. Tannins are still rough, and need to age.
A 💯% Nebbiolo from the Albesani cru vineyard (Barbaresco). Aged for two years in used oak barrels and one year in the bottle. Glass: light to med ruby red. Nose: warm notes of wild berries, black cherries, a hint of port wine, accompanied by forest floor, cocoa and thyme. Palate: initially somewhat alcoholic, then dissipates, red fruit, spicy, earthy, edgy, lively acidity, some cocoa, youthful tannins carry the long finish. Excellent wine, but a bit too alcoholic (15%) for me!
4.1. Pretty light, nice ruby color. More acidic than i was ready for, but that also means it will stand up to different dishes than you’d expect. Some violet and lavender hiding in the palate. There is a well-balanced finish, but i think the Ovello vineyard barbaresco shows more of the depth that is available with this fruit. I don’t rate this much at all above the estate barb offered at a lesser price point (which rules).
Quite a classic Barbaresco. Quite delicate. Below average body, dark fruit and chocolate aromas.
Firm and structured. Forest floor, dry herbs, tobacco, mature res and black fruit. Long finish
Pfirsich Melone Birne Aprikose Stein Grapefruit
Current and red cherry on the nose. Really red color, Rasberry, earthy notes and a ton of tannin. lot of spices as it grows
This was ok. Apparently needs more bottle age. Was better after decanting for an hour and with food
Barbaresco mood ! Another top notch Nebbiolo... Fresh red cherries, then cherry liqueur, near to ripe red prunes, sweet spices, the perfume that this wine frees up is a call to...taste it! Still very young, very fruit driven, peppery with fine mouth coating tannins, it's lively acidity is refreshing and exuberates all the flavours in a long finish.... Nebbiolo rules tonight! Great aging potential for this elegant and full bodied Barbaresco. A must!
Countdown to 2000: 1996. Deep ruby wine, orange garnet rim. The nose is powerful, violet, rose, mint, liquorice. This is pungent, old-school Barbaresco, dense, brooding and moody. Iron, orange, red cherry. The palate has a sweet cherry attack, then autumn leaves, mint, orange liqueur, smoke and ash. Vanilla and rose. Dry, quite earthy and acidic, vibrant power rather than elegance. The tannins have softened with age, now medium+. A similar style to the 2005, but better. 4*+. Good for perhaps 10
Silky good quality aged Barbaresco just at opening window for next 10-15 years, for £34 🍷Garnet cherry red with brown edge 👃 Soft warming & delicate slight spiced ripe dark & red cherry with oak & flowery tones then smoked tobacco pushing through & malt whiskey hints! 👄 Lovely silky smooth medium balanced, slight tart body, of cherry with drying tannins & earthy fig tones 🎯 Medium soft fruit filled finish with dry earthy coffee end Given a 2-4 more years this will be beautiful 👍
Wonderful, ready to drink, clean expression of Nebbiolo. Perfect balance— great acidity, cherry brandy flavors with hints of cranberry. Very nice
Valentine’s Day blind. Theme; rose scented grapes. Tried this beside the Barolo. Really fun to try them side by side. Lighter, more floral, feminine, grippy tannins... I enjoyed this much more than I did the Barolo...
Been craving for something dry and she doesn't disappoint. Exudes roses and violets with a strong earthy component, autumn dirt, worn leather and damp logs. There's intensity here that you don't normally associate with Barbs. From Ovello, she's more like your girl next door, certainly not the Ivy League overachiever from neighbouring Asili. Fades rather quickly in the glass so drink. But I love wines that are conversant and bare its soul to you. Such honesty, something I can appreciate in these
91 pts I have had the 2010 from these guys and it was really outstanding, so delighted to taste this as well. An hour decanted and this was singing. The palate has great elegant presence and power, structure and fleshy full mouth tannins, a real pleasure to drink. The nose is med- and has red fruit and petals and wood hints, graceful, alluring. Barbaresco as I like it.
Baby Come Back (The Equals) Very nice young barbaresco with ‘green’ aromas of roses, berries and tar and a surrsingly juicy palate with all the usual nebbiolo-suspects: cherries, raspberries, spicy herbs and licorice. This ripe cocktail is balanced by firm but refined tannins, some ‘warmth’ and a cherry comeback in the finish. If you happen to have this: keep it, it’s going to really great in a few years!
Good balance of of red fruit and some soil. opening pretty well for a young nebbiolo. Plum and raspberry on the nose but but still very young. needs to open further.

Medium ruby. Deeper darker florals - rose petal. Fine mouth feel and medium ripe red fruit again focused and precise with good acidity.
Almost 4⭐️ A more feminine wine compared to their Ovello barbaresco. Still on the young side, energetic 🍷 with elegant fruit concentration.
Fresh cherries, raspberries, red currant, licorice, rose petals, herbs, a little tar, and toasted cedar. Big tannins, needs sometime to age.
Great with pasta and Italian sausage. No sediment or scaling on the bottle. Glad to have a decent wine from this vineyard as I was quite disappointed with the other bottle I had.
I have already presented the Cantine's entry-level wines (TN:26.12.2016)Today, the two crus of the Cantina del Pino were to be opened. Both have shed their original compact austerity and developed into mature, great Barbarescos. The primary fruity cherry and raspberry notes are complemented by lingering tertiary notes of tobacco and liquorice. The tannins are still noticeable in the Albesani without pairing, a clearly powerful, even racy representative of its kind.
Old oak barrels, waxed cloth, black currant and ripe blueberries. Scent of petroleum. Deep fruit with autumn ripe blackberries, cherry and sunny raspberry. Deep and intense, somewhat developed but youthful with dominant tannins and long lasting. Powerful and most likely long lived, excellent with duck and the accompanying fat. Intense and rich.
Cherry, plum, earthiness, and oak on the nose. Smooth fruit that coats the front half of the tongue. Light, Smokey finish that lends nicely with the cherry flavor. Light to medium front of mouth tannins.

Wow, it's so cool when you find a domaine where the style fits so well your taste! Made from rather young vines (20y), this Barbaresco is really complete. Very stern in style, made to last, traditional, and already pleasing. Seek these wines!
A classy wine and good value relative to others in the region. Some lovely mushroom and forest floor from this one.
....a great Barbaresco with a nice, fruity and complex body. Superb, integrated tannins. Just lovely.
Ruby color, rose petal plum oak on the nose. Ripe red fruit on the taste. Medium acid and tannin 89/100

Calvert woodly. Almost 4.5. Get again but get a different vineyard.
Just right maturity.
Ofcourse '11 is still a bit rough on the tannins, but a pretty good buy here in HK. Definately needs decanting. Would suggest at least 1-2 years in the cellar.

Very good. My first Pinot Bianco tasted in Alto Adige. Enjoyed it with excellent pizza in Sterzing/Vipiteno. Fresh and fruity on the nose, apples, peaches. Full bodied.
Bright straw in color. Peaches toasty pear, racy acidity medium finish.
Nose starts with tobacco, vanilla and acidity. Bouquet changes after 15-20 mins to dark forest berries. Super intense. Taste: Hint of fruits, acid still dominant. 2-3 more years and this is a great wine!
Intensives Rot im Glas. Duftet nach Kirschen. Im Geschmack überwiegt auch Kirsche mit Vanille, Erde und Tabak. Angenehm ausgewogene Struktur.
I expected more. I'm not impressed if this discrete 2019 Barbaresco with fine berries like red cherries & strawberries, roses, hint of smoke, some minerals, subtle oak Medium body, medium (+) acidity, medium and soft tannins, 14,5% alcohol, medium long aftertaste. I cannot find the power or charisma. Maybe still too young (or served too warm on Kork winebar, Odense).

Fruit driven but still with some minerality.
Perhaps I’m not a Barbaresco fan, but this left me saying “meh”. 2014 vintage may be to blame, but I found this lacking.
Soepel glas licht heel subtiel glas.
This wine is made in the northern part of Italy, near the border with Austria. It's a crisp, cool-tasting white wine, typical of northern Italy. It has a good amount of minerality, making it a type of wine I really enjoy.
Too acidic PN, but with rich flavors (unripe cherry dominance).
Unfair rating but this guy was sleeping. Needs cellar time and decant time.
