Aqui não tem muito o que dizer, nunca me imaginei clasificar um Malbec com pontuação máxima, até provar esse. Aroma exuberante. Potente, elegante e complexo. Instigante. Sou fã dessa vinícola, provado na fonte. Saúde!

Frutas negras, baunilha, chocolate e carvalho. Taninos potentes e bem domados, encorpado, estruturado, acidez na medida e com final levemente adocicado. Vinhaço!

Cobos Malbec 2018. Pole position no seu grupo, os vinhos foram divididos em Novo Mundo e velho mundo, ganhando disparado. Realmente é um vinho fora da curva, elegância ímpar.

Just wow. That classic Rioja wood and earthiness with lots of cream up front and a long lingering aftertaste. Drunk with miso marinated aubergine

Medium bodied Tempranillo but had good flavor. Great fruit on the front and light tannins but would be amazing slightly chilled on a hot day.

Nice round flavor. Pretty nice at the first sip. I definitely taste the hints of leather, tobacco, and oak. Nice dark fruit flavor with an essense of plum.

Exceptional. Get this in 2015 or younger. Found that they start to fade a bit when older. I buy these by the half dozen. Drinks like a $45 bottle of red. Medium bodied, beautiful bouquet, perfect tanning and dryness. A delicate red though, not for those looking for California smack in the face density.

A dark garnet red hue sits in the glass of the Valle de Uco. On the nose, there’s a bright fresh burst of red cherries accompanied by a silky milk chocolate. There’s a lovely robust mouthfeel with gives this vibrant wine life and leaves you wanting more. Plump ripened blackcurrants jump out before a silky and velvety tannin complete the journey.

Oak and chocolate nose contrast with a medium plus body and very smooth opening. Developing cherry and raspberry when first opened. Tannins build gracefully and really coat the mouth along with pepper notes. Finishes blueberry and cassis strongly and lingers for almost a minute.

Darker brambles sit in the glass with a spicy hue and a little tobacco. Beautifully fresh in the glass there’s a lovely violet element that curls around the tongue with mild tannins. The perfect wine for the winter months.

Dark ruby. Only very slightly translucent. The concentrated aroma is all vanilla and coconut. It has seen plenty of American oak. It’s smoked spice with strawberries and leather. It has good acidity and plenty of well integrated tannins. Good structure and a long growing finish. It’s a very good wine. At its price point it’s a great wine. I recommend it.

Fort de ma confiance en Cobos, j’ai acheté ce Chardonnay du nouveau monde, qui s’est révélé complexe, onctueux, minéral, très bien travaillé. Beurré, il tire sur des saveurs de fruits blancs, poire et un brin d’acidité exotique en fin de bouche. C’est une fois encore vraiment très intéressant - bravo à Cobos pour tous ces magnifiques vins.

リオハ ティント レゼルバ ビーニャ アルベルディ by ラ リオハ アルタ テンプラリーニョ100% 赤系果実、いちじく、ドライフルーツ系の甘味と少しのタバコと高い酸味。 cherry vanilla tobacco red fruit chocolate ブラインドテイスティングにて。酸味からテンプラリーニョと迷ってネッビオーロにいってしまった。反省→ネッビオーロはもう少しタンニンも強く感じたであろう。そこまで熟成を感じなかったが2018で樽2年瓶1年半熟成してからの出荷とのこと。

Great entry Rioja. Alta are easily one of the best producers in the region and they don’t let standards slip even for their cheapest offering. Can do far worse and not much better at this price

Relatively mild Rioja. The characteristic hints of pepper and other spices is muted but still present, making it a great introduction to the variety. Paired well with pappardelle and bone marrow.

Stormy weather during the last 4 days called for confinement, so I grabbed a few reds and uncorked them over the weekend. This Rioja Reserve was dazzling, it's a great wine for the price point, and this current vintage shows huge potential for bottle aging nevertheless very enjoyable at this early stage. Classic notes of leather, tobacco, and red fruit with a hint of spice and just the right amount of toast. Intense, complex, and long.

Mais um excelente vinho argentino um CS maravilhoso, safra 2018 uma das melhores para os produtores do país, degustado em um jantar no Don julio em Buenos Aires harmonizou muito bem com o assado. Vinho com passagem em barrica, aromas marcantes de madeira , chocolate e tabaco, com certeza o ponto forte é o perfume no nariz, encorpado e de boa acidez e final persistente.

Excelente cabernet altamente tánico y con un paso por madera alto pero equilibrado. Piracinas verdes y mucha fruta negra.

アルゼンチンの、マルベックで無く敢えてカベルネソーヴィニオンを試したかった。評価も高いようだし、さて、お味は？ 結論的には、かなりハイコスパなカベソの一つに仲間入り。美味しい。 フレッシュな酸味を伴った果実味、と言っても酸っぱくないしっかりとした味わいが印象的。こう言うフレッシュさは珍しいかも。ややスパイシーさを感じつつの黒系果実に、渋みも適度。何のスパイスだろう。複雑さのある味わい。今の私では表現不能。 土とか皮とか樽由来のフレーバー好きだが、これらが全く無い感じなのに、ここまで美味しく感じるカベソは初めて。フランス系でもチリ系でもこう言うのは出会ったことが無い。 濃いめで価格高めメルローと並べて、安めのカベソを飲んだわけだが、とても面白かった。落ち着いた濃い果実味VSフレッシュでも酸っぱく無い濃い果実味。 よく調べるとこのヴィーニャ・コボス のFELINOカベソ100%の製法は面白い。ステンレスタンク発酵+木樽4ヶ月のマロラクティック発酵。知ってる中では珍しいが、味わいと結びつく。これミディアムボディなのね…美しいアンデス山脈を背にした葡萄畑と共にこの味わいを記憶に留めよう。

Malbec de alta intensidad. Color violeta de intensidad alta. En nariz ciruelas maduras, pimienta. En boca buena acidez, mucho cuerpo, super intenso, ciruela maduras, apenas licoroso. Final bien largo y apenas picante.

Segundo de la noche y se volvió a las bases. bomba frutal en nariz, untuosidad y buena madera (15 meses). Yo lo conseguí a un precio irrisorio para un vino de esta calidad (7k aprox) pero si lo pagas 10 también te estás llevando un vinazo por poca guita. Seguro que las añadas anteriores deben estar evolucionando lindo.

Elegante. Buena fruta, pimientos verdes, taninos pulidos a pesar de ser joven, madera integrada, final tirando a larguito, plus por una gran RPC.

Con mucha presencia, al principio la madera está bien presente, con notas dulces, moras, arándanos, chocolate, pimiento, eucalipto. En boca la acidez para arriba y los taninos algo astringentes, final bastante largo. Muy bueno.

Bodega sublime. Mis felicitaciones a esta familia que logra productos de gran calidad en sus productos.

マルベック！光を通さないほどに濃いガーネットで粘性は高い。ブルーベリージャムや、スイカズラ、ザクロ、プラムや黒コショウの香り。 アタックはまろやかで、ジワっと果実味が広がる。タンニンはしっかり、アルコールも強く感じる。樽感もほどよい。 山椒を効かせた麻婆豆腐にマッチした。 ポールホブスがアルゼンチンのメンドーサで手がける。さすが樽の魔術師。

安定。リーデルのボルドーグラスで試したが香りもしっかり、キレはそこまでではないが美味しい。豚肉のにんじん巻きに合わせた。FELINOはペルー時代もそれなりの値段だったが、日本で2,400円レベルはやむなし、それだけの価値はある。

定価2800円。 色は薄いライムイエロー。 香りはネギ、レモン、濡れた石。 味わいは香りに反して口当たりはリッチシャルドネ。だが、酸味がしっかりとあり、柑橘系の後味と余韻。 さっぱりかつボリュームもそこそこ。 バランスが良く非常に美味しい。 まさにシャルドネとソーヴィニヨンブランのアッサンブラージュという感じ。

A little greenish pale yellow color. Butter, lemon and apple aromas. Soft acidity and thicken and rich taste. I don't drink much Argentine chard, but I have an image that many of them are rich and full-bodied. 僅かに緑がかった淡い黄色。 バター、レモン、リンゴの香り。 柔らかな酸味ととろみのある濃厚な味わい。 アルゼンチンのシャルドネはあまり飲んでいませんが、濃厚でコクのあるものが多い印象です。

アンブロシア　ヴィニャウニカのカベルネ・ソーヴィニヨン まろやかでソースやインクのように濃く甘い香り、熟した赤、黒果実、カシスの香りとブラックペッパーや鉄の香りがほのかに感じられる。 果実味と酸味がバランスよく、ほんのりと苦味が残る。 味わいは想像よりもサラッとしていながら酸味やタンニンももう少しパワーが欲しい。 余韻は少しのタンニンをと果実の風味を残した後にサラッと消える。

麻布台ヒルズのインタートワイン ケーエムで購入。 強めのアルコール感、黒系果実、鉛筆の芯の香り。 飲むとしょっぱいと思うほど塩味を感じ、しっかりとした渋み、後から多少の果実を感じるが甘さは全く感じ取れなかった。 しょっぱめのつまみとの相性よし。

ルビー色。ダークチェリー,プラム,バルサミコ,ダークチョコレート,ガリーグ,ライムストーン。 骨格のしっかりとした上のラインと比べると樽の表現も控え目で(セイヴォリーさが控え目と言える。),シルキーで酸がやや前にある。しかしながら,果実味とタンニンとのバランスは良い。 またアフターにふと香るガリーグがおもしろいと感じた。どこかのどかな田園風景を思わせる。 4つ星。

JALビジネスクラス。普段飲まないようなカカオの香り+スパイシー。 少し好みよりはねとっと甘め。グルナッシュっぽいが、違うのはスパイシーで少し汗をかく。タンニンはあまり感じないが、後味に少し。 初めてのマルベック。

ヤンさんのシャルドネ講座で。 アルゼンチン　メンドーサのシャルドネ 柑橘系で作ったお菓子のような、レモン菓子、奥に砂糖菓子的な要素を感じる。 心地よい酸ながら、味わいには立体感を感じる部分もある。後半苦味。 ヤンさん ライトなゴールドイエロー、濃くない リンゴ系、リンゴジャム的、火が入った感じ、フリンティー火打ち石、マロしてないのがわかる、シャープさ残る、タイト、 3000円切る、標高高いので酸、 ぼやっとせず、キュッとした、 余韻にかけて樽感じるが、うわぁ、樽という感じではない。価格考えると品質良いバランス取れたワイン。

楽天、エラベル閉店セール。 攻めてはないけど丁寧な作りのメンドーサのシャルドネ。 4手前。 やや濃いイエロー。 程よい樽香に黄リンゴ、シトラス。ニューワールドのシャルドネ感。 やや濃いめの果実味。気持ち酸味よりだが果実味と整合的。樽の広がりも良い。

冷蔵庫で冷やして飲んだ。10℃くらい。 色は緑がかったレモンイエロー。粘性は低め。 香りは柑橘、青リンゴのような感じ。ミネラル、蜂蜜、青い草、レモンピールのようなニュアンスもある。 味の第一印象は酸味が主で、裏にしっかりとした甘味を感じる。中盤も同様の味のバランスだが、甘味が若干弱まる。余韻は酸味が主で、裏に仄かな甘味を感じる。僅かに渋みを伴う。持続時間は短め。全体的に若々しく、フレッシュさが際立つ印象。
