ワインアットさんでセール中に購入。 透き通った上品なロゼシャンパーニュ。 初のビルカール・サルモン。赤ワインほどではないが、イチゴやラズベリーのような赤系ベリーの香りがほのかに。 飲むとけっこう辛口でキリッと。エレガントで上品。 乾杯、前菜に合わせたが、しっかり食欲を掻き立ててくれる素晴らしいシャンパーニュでした。
