So beautiful but let it open! Barnyardy at first. It took over an hour to get where it needed to be. On the nose there is lots of blackberry and ripe red fruit, hints of tobacco and leather. On the palette there was heavy notes of cocoa, dark chocolate, Mocha. Other notes of blackberry jam, vanilla, black cherry gelato.

Medium plus body, fills the mouth lush and long finish. Dark fruit, blackberry, chocolate somewhat acidic at the end. Very nice wine!

深いガーネットの色、縁は紫に美しい。甘く深い香り、樽や煙草がアクセント。口に含めばカシスの芳醇な甘みと旨味が良い。スパイスのピリッとした後味。なんて色っぽいセクシーなワインなんでしょう。 食事にも合わせやすい、チーズやトマトソースパスタにばっちり。

Is it better than Caymus? No… But, this Paso Robles version is still very good, great price point (paid $45), and has a similar jammy feel. Very please with the wine and Paso Robles continues to produce great grapes.

For some reason this is drinking a lot better than the previous vintage. Thick, full bodied, and balanced nicely. The attack is bing cherry, stewed plum, and a little basil. The finish is long and tart which I love with hints of gentle oak and black fruit. The balance is leaning towards the acidity which is rare for such a thick textured wine.

Really classy chardonnay imo! Pale(ish) green gold with a bouquet of pear and grapefruit along with mealy and flinty notes. It’s an opulent dry white full of intense citrus flavours that linger, suggesting this wine will cellar well.

ドストライクなシャルドネきた！と思ったら別の品種で、ルーサンヌと言うそう。辛口でシャルドネぽいんですが、葡萄の濃度というか、味が一段階深い。葡萄が舌の上に乗ってるよう。いわゆるニューワールドのものではなく、フランス的。なんと表現したらいいのか、とにかくピンポイントでツボを突いてきた感じです。もう一回飲みたい。

Stolpman vineyards consistently crafts some of my absolutely favorite wines and this is no exception. French in style despite the Californian sun, this wine is soft and pillowy with light citrus from the Chardonnay and vegetal/floral notes from the Roussane with a subtle but powerful acidity. Had this for dinner with sushi, perfectly coalescent.

Soft mouth, with a subtle creeping across the mouth. Exquisite and gentle with more flavor with each mouthful. It’s such a pity that the tasting experience at the winery is so dire, as it would put a lot of people off discovering these great wines.

De la pomme et de la poire au nez, en bouche de l’agrume et de la poire encore. C’est rond et long, fruité et sucré.

Chablis anyone?! Perfect with fresh snapper and gurnard. Served to French visitors and they were very impressed.

Mineral overtones with a lightly Oaked buttery flavour endear this gem to special occasions, like sunset or a braai.

WOW. Shiraz Mourvedre Cinsault Grenache Noir Primitivo Viognier Nero d'Avola Tempranillo. Bold yet accessible. Easily one of my favorite pinot noir examples. Very clear fruit flavors that perfectly balance weight and acidity. Would pair nicely with pork or veal.

A wonderful Pinot noir, with more muscle than usual for the cultivar, most likely due to the location. Clove and nutmeg on the nose.

2022 vintage. It is good, but I'm not sure the $52 and beyond price is justified. California marketing and hype at it's best.

Dark ruby color. Nose is sweet with spice. Slightly sweet, acidic with a full body. Notes of coffee, chocolate, clove, plum. Delicious with roasted pork loin.

A nice red wine from McLaren Vale. This Shiraz smells earthy with notes of cherry, soil, and thyme. The body is full with medium acidity. Primary notes include wild cherry, red cranberry, toasty oak and vanilla.

Drank this at Bar Cote at Santa Ynez. Paired really well with oyster, longer finish, notes of pear, butter. oyster made it way sweeter on the pallete.

Hay, peach, mineral. Moderate citrus, balanced, but on the oaky side of delicious.

A lovely unoaked chardonnay with a subtle fruity minerality on the nose and crunchy pear and white peach stone fruit on the palate. This is a beautifully balanced Chardonnay.

Tasting this side by side with the “home vineyard” Chardonnay actually raised my view on the quality of this wine. Took home a 6 pack

Quite strong, given that it’s Shiraz-heavy. Once it breathes, it’s beautiful on the palate.

Beautiful, powerful Chardonnay. Crisp, dry, melon, citrus, green apples, but also some pepper. Very inspiring for a summer fish meal.

This is a clean and approachable everyday red wine. Paid $15 for this in the 🇺🇸. Worth every dollar. You get vivid dark fruit notes such as blackberry, black cherry hints of raspberry and it finishes with a spice note. I also taste minerality on the mid pallete. For this price, this is a solid fruit forward red wine that is not overly sweet.

93pts/4.3stars. やや黄色みのしっかりしたイエローゴールド。Baked apple, orange zest, white peach, sugared lemon, hazelnut, honey, saline mineral. 果実味は厚みがありつつ柑橘系の苦味もあり複雑な構成。そこに蜂蜜や塩気などミネラル感が加わり、高めの酸と共に輪郭を引き締める。醸造過程でら古樽のみ使用らしく、樽香は無く華やかさよりもピュアな果実味が中心。 アルヘイトの看板キュベ。このビンテージはTA95、他でもトップクラスの評価が継続。開き具合の問題はあるが、セミヨンが効いてバランスが取れているのか、少し前に飲んだマグネティックノースの17とレベル感は変わらないような気さえする。徐々に価格が上がっているが、それでも南ア屈指の優良生産者としてQPRは非常に高い。

93pts/4.3stars. やや淡いイエローゴールド。Baked apple, yellow peach, pink grapefruit, orange oil, lemon zest, honey, round stone. しっかりした芯はあるがタイトな果実味に、強めの酸とミネラルが輪郭を強く固める。果実以上に他の要素の複雑さと余韻が長くかつ印象的に続く。 アルヘイトのトップキュベの一つ。このビンテージはアトキン99点のもの。相変わらずアトキンの南ア評は5点下駄を履いており、他の評論家の点数も大体94点くらい。 そんなわけで飛び抜けたものがあるわけではないが、酸の高さからくる熟成感、余韻の複雑さと長さは非常に優れたものがある。辛口のシュナン・ブランとしてここまでのレベルに達するものは多くなく、ニュートラル系らしく何の食事にでも合わせられそう。

When advised this was very difficult to find, I suggested using a compass 😉 Screaming, clattering acidity - up there with the KPK.

多分初なんじゃないか…というピノタージュに挑戦。これは美味い😋 南アフリカ産は総じて高品質なのにお手頃な価格という印象があったが、これはまさに…という1本。濃厚なガーネットとしっかりしたベリー系の香りで魅了し、確かにピノの軽やかな口当たりなのだが、vivinoの解説にある通りむしろシラーのような濃厚な味わいを感じられ、とても好みなバランス。しっかりした味のコロッケと合わせていたら知らないうちにグラスが空く感じ。 追記：1日置いても、やっぱり美味い。しっかりしたシラー感があるので、デミソースでも問題なし。リピート確定。

What peachy Albarino far from it's Spanish home, a triumph

13.5% alc. 2022 vintage in 2024. Wonderful as long as you’re not expecting a typical Chardonnay. Salt, beeswax, also plastic, smoke, straw or lanolin with banana on the nose. This aroma translates to the palate, which is very unusual for a Chardonnay and quite intense with barbecue smoke, rubber, honey, tropical fruit. Finish is persistent.

A lovely South African white Bordeaux-style blend. Benefits from some extra time spent in barrel and bottle and can continue to age for some time. Elegant, very subtle, understated fruit aromas alongside soft oak notes, a pleasant minerality, and subtle lanolin. A lovely creamy palate balancing the wine's fresh acidity. Sauvignon blanc flavors to start, shifting to subtle semillon lanolin, ginger and biscuit notes.

This was a beautiful contrast to the orange skin contact chenin that we had at tasting. This was lively and fresh with notes of apricot and peach. Some refreshing minerality and a little grass. High acidity and could possibly age a few more years.

簡潔に。 カリカベらしい力強く濃い味わいだが、樽の味わいの乗り方が比較的優しく不思議と飲み疲れない。 嫌味のない爽やかなチョコレートのような味わいがなかなかのもの。 濃さの中にエレガントさが潜んでいる、カリカベの良さが真っ直ぐ伝わってくるワイン。

深いガーネット。オリはそこまでないが、深い色合い。黒系ベリー、ラズベリー、芳醇な果実味、オーク、しっかりとしたタンニン。華やかで力強さのあるが、バランスも良い。飲み口始めの美味しさが、ぱっと広がり、後味はビターなチョコ。余韻の伸びはそこまでない。 これで、異なるビンテージで3回目であるが、ビンテージで印象が結構違う。飲んだ中では、1番ストレートな味わいであり力強い。

コストコでケイマスが安く買えるのはいつまで経っても続けて頂きたい。これだけで年会費の元が取れる。正直どんな光景も一度目の衝動に勝るものは無いが、自身にとっての高級ワインの扉はこの1本に他ならない。

Refreshing Chardonnay to start with. Citrus, green apple acidity with balanced minerality and buttery. Some oaky tropical honey finishing.

【2022ケイマス・ヴィンヤーズ スペシャル・セレクション・カベルネ・ソーヴィニヨン/ケイマス・ヴィンヤーズ】 濃い紅紫色。ラズベリーやプルーン、チョコレートのようなアロマ。完熟を待って収穫しているため、全体的に味わいが甘やかでボディーが豊かに仕上がっている。甘美な味わいの中にも、しっかりと溶け込んだタンニンと酸味が上質さを表している。良年にのみ最高の樽から仕立てられる、ケイマス渾身のフラッグシップ。香りが派手で、ボリューミーなワインでしたので、恐る恐るカレーに合わせてみましたが、驚くほど合いました。

初めてのケイマス。外縁がやや紫がかったルビー、カシスの落ち着いた香り。終始甘さが先立つカリフォルニアカベルネで飲み易いが、価格帯を考えるともう一捻りあってもよいかも…と思いつつ、まあブランドだし有名税だし、と。

ダークチェリー、プルーン、オーク、バニラ、チョコレート 色はルビーレッド。 わかりやすいカリフォルニアジンファンデル。果実味はあるが濃厚と言うよりはミディアム寄り。酸味と苦味もしっかりと感じた。思ったよりも重くなかった。また樽香も強くかなり香りに寄せたバランス、香り自体はとても好み。 二日目以降になると酸味苦味共に穏やかになっていく。おいしい！

ジンファンデルを最初に植えたエリアらしく、樹齢100年超えの樹もジンファンデルだとあるらしい。 単一品種かと思いきや80%程度（この造り手はどの銘柄もほぼその構成比の模様）。 味わいに厚みがあり、凝縮感がある。チェリー、チョコレート、オーク。 開けて数日経つと香りが飛び、チェリー・チョコレートの甘さだけが残ってくどいので、開けたてが美味しい。 信濃屋にて。

Full bodied typical McClaren Vale shiraz. Interestingly they produce a Lioness of the Barossa as well - equally enjoyable. Would be interesting to taste them side by side.

Powerful with a dry finish, full of Nectarine with medium acidity, rather hefty tannins for a Chardonnay though...a bit too tannic for us.

Nose of wild ferment, green capsicum, followed by juicy ripe apple and lemon peel, touch of spices and nuts from the french oak. Medium finish, acidity seems a little short but overall good lengthy finish and mouthfeel.

Juicy, medium high acid, flavors of strawberries and watermelon, very refreshing. Minerally and hefty enough for a cooler day, but light enough for a nice summer day.

A good summer rose. Not bracingly acidic, refreshing but with a bit of presence next to food, strawberry and watermelon though less salinity than the best of Bandol.

Crisp and tart rosé, with immediate notes of strawberry, watermelon, and grapefruit, followed by kiwi, minerals, and saline. The body becomes more structured on the palate after the initial brightness passes. A versatile wine, suitable alone or with a variety of foods.

A leisurely race to 💯 🇳🇿NZ PN with @[1|12697687|Lisa Harlow] #77 I like this, but it’s following the 2022 Felton Rd Bannockburn, which had a bit more oomph. I should probably have 🔁 the sequence, but no big drama. It’s a bit sharper palate and fruit wise, more cherry driven. Partly because the body is a little lighter. It’s very classic though. Ticking the boxes from what I expect and enough quality to hit the important 4* mark.

👁 medium light ruby 👃 delicate lifted florals on the nose 👅 in a lighter style. Totally integrated nothing sticks out. Finishes shorter than sone.

I find Kiwi Chardonnays often have an understated elegance to them, and this is no exception. Cool, clean and crisp, with delicate stone fruit, a touch of grapefruit, marzipan, and an oily, silky texture. Some lovely, reductive struck-match notes in the finish, which is well balanced and lengthy. An altogether very charming and approachable drop.

Droge, verfijnde, frisse Nieuw Zeelandse chardonnay. Vanille, hout, mineralen en steenfruit zijn mooi samengebracht. Erg lekker.

Pale yellow colour. On the nose, low to medium intensity, quite oaky, a bit of baked pear, a bit nutty. On the palate it is flavours of smoke, citrus, lemon, pear. Medium body, medium plus acidity, alcohol is well integrated.

Fermented in amphorae, this is a stylish Chardonnay for sure. Pale lemon. M+ aroma intensity, floral w. dried white blossom, peach kernel, subtle creaminess, apple, lemon zest, red apple & orange pith. Youthful & very elegant. Dry. Ripe w. peach, red apple, lemon peel, grapefruit & creamy green apple. Pear & a touch of earthy spice. Clay notes. Soft w. just a hint of white rose & dried white blossom to a lightly honeyed m+ finish.

White pepper, orchid, chalk and fennel with a whisper of green apple. Taut, youthful and etched on the palate, it nevertheless possesses weight and power in the mid before giving way to grainy, chewy phenolic on the back." A lovely C

A reasonable SGV blend, but with slightly too high acidity for my preference. Red fruit and white pepper are prominent.

友人の全快祝いにて… 南アフリカのCH♪ 抜栓直後はやや硬質なイメージがありましたが、温度が上がってくると豊かな香りと果実味が素晴らしい~ 樽香はやや弱い印象。 香りは、にネクタリン、ナッツやハニーも☻ 秀逸です‼︎

Toffee on the nose. Lovely opening tropical flavours. Capsicum and minerality takes over from there. Finish comes along quite sudden, but very clean and pleasant. Characterful!

Sweater version of the SB

This bottle tasted very green. Too green for me. Not terrible, but not great.

2018. Funky earth, plum, blackberry on the nose. Sweeter and softer than California cabs; pomegranate, raspberry, little earth and oak. Baking spice, black fruit, and blueberry comes through on the palate. Light oak and soft tannins.

Excellent wine. Pale rose color, indicating less skin contact. This results in a lighter body and flavor. Slightly dry, light fruit, a touch of acidity. Very refreshing.

When checking out what Bruges had to offer in regard of wine (and not only beer) I literally stumbled across the Spring tasting at Winjen Feys 🤩 Winjen Feys is more or less a local institution of a wine vendor thats been around since 1822. They do two major tastings each year - spring and autumn. My visit to Bruges coincided with their Spring tasting in their lovely attic with a total of 95 wines available for tasting. アルヘイト・ヴィンヤード、カルトロジー2016。 シュナンブラン主体に少しのセミヨン。輝きの強い黄金色。白い蘭、花梨、蜂蜜の香り華やか。口にした瞬間に豊潤な果実味が展開し、華やかな後味につながる。グラスの残り香には鼈甲飴が感じられ、適度な熟成感さえある。 ロワールのシュナンブランに勝るとも劣らない傑作。

South African blend of Shiraz, Mourvèdre, Grenache, Cinsaut, Primitivo (!) and Viognier (!!). Smoky, smoky, smoky. Nice acidity, medium body. Black chocolate, cherry and velvety tannins. Extra half ⭐️ for the value.

Very fancy blend for wagyu / Daalder

Eclectische blend van 52% shiraz, 20% mourvèdre, 11% cinsault, 9% grenache, 4% primitivo, 2% viognier, 1% nero d’avola en 1% tempranillo. De wijn geurt warm. Zacht. Licht kruidig. Milde zuren. Aroma’s van kersen en pruimen, kaneel en peper. Sommige druiven hebben houtrijping gehad, maar dat merk je nauwelijks. De wijn is bijna elegant, met zachte rijpe tannines. Paste goed bij mijn bobotie met geelrijst (nee, zonder boontjes, dat is een verzinsel van Knorr!).

Maybe a 4.2. very smooth, some spice, well rounded red. Medium body, but we character. Good drop.

ノーティカルドーンとの比較 ゴールド要素の強いストローイエロー、粘性低い ノーティカルと比較してもかなり金属的な響きのある硬質な酸系で今まで持っていたシュナンのイメージではなく、ブラインドならブルゴーニュ1erと回答するかも… 香りも桃や花がハッキリ香ったノーティカルと比べてもドライなシトラスと微かなバター、香り立ち自体も弱め(貧しい印象ではなく、閉じている感じ) ドライで酸の主張が強くはあるが果実味も十分であり、とてもバランスの良いワイン　余韻は塩っけ主体、ここに関してはノーティカルに軍配か 全体的にはノーティカルよりこちらが一段好みだった →時間が経つにつれて口当たりの柔らかさが出てきて、3日目でノーティカルと逆転　ワインってむずいなー

Fresh citrus, honey aroma hint of iron. Very smooth and juicy.after is sharp and dry. Excellent fruits water on my palate. 2017 4.3pt 綺麗に最後までシュナンらしさを感じられるいいワイン。 より、奥行きがあってジューシーな印象。 2-3年寝かせると角が取れもっといい印象になりそう。

4.5 美味い 果実味、程よい酸味

なんか田舎くささがある

久々にピノタージュでもと。どこで買ったかなあ。値段もそんなに高くなくて20ドルくらいだったような。 色は濃いめで、ニューワールドのピノって感じ。でもなんとも美味しそう。 立香は、なんだろうこれ。ピノタージュなのにボルドーのメルローのような黒ベリー感が入ってくる。熟成感はなくてフレッシュさが強いのだけど案外香りに奥行きがある。 含み香も同じだけど、さらにメルローぽい。黒ベリーたっぷり。飲めば飲むほどこれピノタージュだっけ？と思ってしまう。 それでも余韻はさわやかで、ミディアムボディには変わりない。なんだか不思議な味わいだなあ。

南アフリカ・ウェスタンケープ、パールのピノタージュ単一の赤。 透けない濃いガーネットに、ダークチョコレート、コーヒー、ブラックチェリー、ラズベリー、炭、鉄、土、胡椒の香り。 丸いアタックから、炭っぽい焦げたニュアンスと赤系果実のフレッシュな芯のある真っ直ぐな酸の効いた、ややハイトーンで軽やかなスタイルの安価帯ピノタージュの典型的なスタイルだが、仕上がりは隙がなく、バランスは良い。仄かなコクや鉄っぽい硬質な鉱物感にスパイシーさもあり、退屈さはない。 なかなか。

少し高めのアルコールと果実の凝縮感と静かな落ち着きを感じる香り。皮、白胡椒、クローヴ、ナツメグ、シナモン、少し八角、血っぽさは控えめで柑橘の甘さと酸味。 青みかん的な柑橘が前面にあるのが特徴的で、フレッシュにも感じ、個性あるシラーズ。 タンニンはパウダリーだが少しビロードのように滑らか。 大量に飲むイメージではないが、とても好き。

Medium+ intensity, ripe fruit, licorice, black cherry, some spice. Dry, high acidity, full body, long finish.

Deep garnet in colour. Aromas of wild strawberry, ripe raspberry, overripe apple, cherry, pomegranate, rose petal, and wax. Medium body with moderate to high acidity and light, but integrated tannins. Long warming finish of oak and red fruit. The second glass was more integrated and silky.

A present for Xmas. Smooth blackberry dark and fluid. Very nice

薄い、少し灰色がかったサーモンピンク。桃、白い花、少し火打ち石やミネラル感。香りは少し過剰にも感じる。果実味がバッチリ。酸はほどほど。陽気でグビ飲みできるロゼ。2025vtで実質新酒。3000円弱でコスパはそこそこ。シラー 51%、ムールヴェードル 33%、サンソー 16%。瓶580g。

ボディに比してオークのニュアンスが強すぎる。スペシャルセレクションでもややオークが効きすぎていると感じているがスタンダードキュヴェだと尚更。 2022は色合いも薄くバランスが良くないと感じた。 2025.6三本松さんと

日本には未入荷らしい一品。 濃い葡萄色。それ程強くは無いタンニン、 その他は飲み過ぎて良く覚えて無い。 評価高がわからない。 ホノルルにて。

南アフリカ、パール産の赤ワイン。品種はピノタージュ。開けたてにつきまずは還元臭を取る。 色: 黒感たっぷりダークだがクリアなガーネット。エッジは紫→赤→ピンク。 香り: カシス、ブラックベリー、ラズベリーの艶感ある黒果実感。あとは煙、落ち葉など。 味わい: こってりねっとりの果実感が甘さとビターさを両方担保しててバランスいいですね。ややワイルドですが嫌いな人少ないんじゃないかな。煙、落ち葉、タバコ系のスモーキーさも良い感じに味わいに深みを与えてくれます。たっぷり広がるスパイス感と奥まで染み込むタンニンが長く余韻を残す。なかなかパワフルで野生味や攻撃性もあるので赤肉やトマトソース、野菜スープなんかを準備しておきたい。

無難に美味しかった しっかりした味わい

Very happy with this choice of wine-by-the-glass with my steak. More depth and body than some Zinfandel, which was perfect with my food choice. Smooth with dark fruit flavours

外観は濃いガーネット。香りはいかにもシラーらしいロダンドン。スミレの花の香り。果実のジューシーな香りを前面に感じる。 口に含むと、非常に華やかで、オリエンタル系の香水のような香り。良い意味で。白檀やローズ、バニラのような印象。樽はほぼ感じず、ストレートな果実の風味がしっかりと感じられる。非常にジューシーで、ナチュラルなニュアンスも感じられる。タンニンはキシキシ心地良い。とても華やかな一本。

75% Syrah, 25% PetiteVerdot。うちSyrahの半分のみ全房でカルボニック発酵。 鮮やかなミディアムパープル。 香りは非常にジューシーな黒系果実。ブルーベリーやカシス、黒胡椒、青草のグラッシーさや鉄のニュアンス。ほんの微かに樽やバニラ香。 味わいは中程度の柔らかいタンニン、フレッシュな果実味と、香りのイメージよりもカジュアル寄り。一部全房らしいワイルドさと力強さがありつつも、酸高くしなやか。細マッチョ系。

見た目に反してがっつりタンニン！香るとうっすらピラジン香。少し新樽にも浸かっているので少しバニラ感もあり。ブラインド難しかった、、けど無事当たりました🙆‍♀️

God knows how to make this the 2021 vintage on here, but it is. Best vintage of this I have tried. Understated, but it has more complexity than usual from a spicy sweet oak element, which makes this a lovely wine

Had glass with appetizers at hopgoods. Went very well with goat ch*ese and tom@to salad. Not as impressive on own initially. Smoke and cherry nose. Smooth cherry palate.

Green apple only. Maybe pear and honeydew melon grapefruit or lychee Ok! Just quite basic. But it is an albariño and they usually are Rita's Wellington

Some acid. Smooth finish. Delicious.

Pale gold straw color; clean Chardonnay albeit with body or some characteristic I would associate with well made orange/ bio wines. This wine is fully fermented in clay amphorae and it’s clearly different than the non-amphora fermented wine from the same source.

Coming back to this again. It’s a crowd pleaser, lots of black and red fruit, with plenty of vanilla to boot. For me it’s a little overdone on the oak, masking some more average fruit qualities. I’ll happily sip away at this all the same.

The Southern Hemisphere is an enhancing and welcoming place for this quintessential French grape. This an excellent cab. Bravo South Africa 🍷

Nice Semillon/Sauvignon blance blend from an unexpected area. Mineralility including flint and slate. Citrus follows with a lasting tanginess, with not much acidity. Easy drinking summer wine.

楽天エラベル閉店セール。 ザ、カジュアルジンファンデル。分かりやすい味わい。 中程度のガーネット色。 鉄、グラファイト、ダークチェリーにプラム。 甘み、旨味のハッキリした果実味でミディアム寄り。ほんのりシナモン系スパイスがアクセント。 深みや複雑さはあまりないが、いかにもカリフォルニアのカジュアルという味わい。

ミネラルが主体、青リンゴ、蜜、アプリコット 穏やかな旨味と酸があり、ボリューム感のあるコク ただし、ミネラル感のあるチープさは否めない

南アフリカの白。 リーフランドオールドヴァイン　シュナンブラン　2020。 薄めのイエロー。 香りは、柑橘のレモンぽさ、桃。 舌先に酸味があたり、桃のような甘みが広がった後、グレープフルーツの苦味が来る。 シュナンブランはこんな感じの味？？　 アフリカーで1900円くらい。 この値段ならリピートしたい。

　どうもこうも、毎日の様に品を変えて味わっているが、一向に感性が磨かれない。 　今回も例外でなく、思い付くのは「癖が少なく美味しい白」くらいなもので、他のユーザー方が記されている様な「濡れた石」なるものを理解する事は到底、叶わぬ。 　ただソレでも、美味しく味わっている事に違いは無いから「石なんて舐めた事あるかぃ！」と軽く否して我が道を行く。

おそらくNZでも最高峰の価格レベルのシャルドネ。 透き通るような黄金色。蜂蜜のような香り。シトラスのような酸味と樽感がよくバランスされており、繊細な味わいがするりと喉を通ります。温度は常温近いほうが美味しい。 ただし、$100/本近く払ってまでリピートするかと言われると悩みます。味だけで言ったら★4つ。高いので★3.5まで下げます。

塩素や漂白剤のような香り、独特で濁りワイン

中程度の黄金色。 香りの強さはやや強く、アカシア、果樹の花、グレープフルーツ、オレンジピール、モモ、アプリコット、メロン、白コショウ、濡れた石、ナツメグの香り。発達段階としては発達中。 味覚としては、辛口で、酸味は中程度。アルコールは中程度で、ミディアム（+）ボディ。風味の強さはやや強く、後味は中程度。 品質評価としては、バランス、凝縮度、複雑さが認められるため、非常に良い。今飲んでもよいが、熟成の可能性がある。 オレンジワインのような濃厚さを感じる。おもしろい。

ハミルトンラッセン、南アフリカを代表する高品質シャルドネ。5000円位。 抜栓直後から明らかに質の良いシャルドネと分かる透き通った香り。柔らかくもやや酸味前傾。 開いてくると、ライム、白い花、ナチュラルな酸味、ドライなミネラル感。 そした仄かなえぐみ。美味しいけど、もうひとつ、何か深みが足りない感じ。 もう少し置いてみるかなー。

A true Cab! Not short of tannin to reign-in full mouth flavors of blackcurrant, unripe plum with slight cedar-wood in the finish. Great value for money! Great aging potential.

濃いルビー、コーラやココナッツが一直線にチョコやエスプレッソが揺らい居て樽強め。 はと麦茶をサビた鉄鍋で沸かしたような印象。 品種を聞いてパズルのピースは、開いて無いが微かな甘さやハト麦茶はプリミティーヴォ、ネロダヴォラ。鉄はムールヴェードル。1番多いシラーズは全体の雰囲気で、ヴィオニエは余韻の繋ぎに、サンソーは余韻のスパイス。グルナッシュは想像が出来ない。 初日は大変厳しい。 2日目で別物に。ドライフルーツとオリーブやブルーベリー。アルコールで重い花やベーキングスパイス、若干のドライハーブ。 味わいはスパイシーなダークチョコレート。 おそらく、3日目ぐらいがアルコールが消えハーブが良くなる気がします。 ローヌのモカチョコですかね？ とても美味しいです。

定例ワインを語る会… 次に南アフリカのPN♪ 以前にこちらのワイナリーのCHを頂き感動したこともあり、一度試飲した上で持ってきました(^^) ベリーにチェリー、プラムな香り、ハーブ感もあります。複雑さ余韻の長さも良い。ブラインドでは難しいですね(>_<)

外観はやや濃い目なレモンイエロー。オレンジがかる。 粘性は中庸から高め。ゆっくり疎らに落ちる。 香りはグレープフルーツピール・レモンピールのような甘さ・ハーブや緑の青さがほんの僅か。 蜜っぽさもほんのり漂う。 甘いバニラも。 第一アタックは溌溂とした酸。出汁より強めの旨味ががっしりと。奥歯の奥をジュワッと刺激させられる。ミネラル感が複雑に。 柑橘の皮感。柑橘はいる。 上手く言葉に出来ないけどとても美味い。 ☆3.7

青リンゴや洋梨、はちみつ、まろ感。南アで作るシャルドネやルーサンヌ、ヴェルデーリョ、ミュスカ、シュナンブラン。不思議なセパージュだけどバラけておらずまとまりがある。 1,350円/glass ワインステーションプラス@豪徳寺

8,000円のボトルを試飲。南アフリカよりシュナンブラン。赤りんご、レモン、ライム。 総評74点 ・香り5点 ・口当たり4点 ・味わい3点 ・後味3.5点 ・コンセプト3点 とにかくグラスに注いだときの香りの芳醇さに驚きました。それとは裏腹に、レモンやライムのような酸味の効いたアタックが特徴的です。最後までアロマティックな酸味が続きます。香りと味わいのギャップがあり、これらのアロマが絡み合うフィニッシュまでの変化を楽しむことができます。ごちそうさまでした。

色はかなり薄く、薄い赤茶色。 香りは、イチゴやハーブの香り。 酸味があり、タンニンは小。 味わいは、イチゴ感が強く、最後の方に綿菓子ぽい味もある。 アルコール度数は13.5度と見た目と違い高いが、飲みやすい。 全体的に軽い赤ワイン。

酸味が鮮やか！とてもとても瑞々しい。小さなツブツブから酸味ある果汁が溢れ出すような感じ。 グレフルを半分に切って、果肉を食べたあとに残った果汁を飲んでいるかのよう。 前菜全般なんでも合いそう。

2018/08/07 SQ Silver Kris Business Lounge at SIN. Shiraz としては力強さが足りない？厚みはあるが、味わいに薄い。St. Hugo がうまかったのがわかる。バランスを外れた酸味。

外観は、黄緑色がかったレモンイエロー。 澄んでいるが、僅かに浮遊物。 粘性は中庸から高め。ゆっくり幾つも落ちる。 香りを取ると、グレープフルーツにグレープフルーツピール・花梨・ハーブ・濡れた石。 口に含むと、酸が主体の柑橘系レモンにミネラル感・塩感。それに若干の苦味。 薄めの出汁感ある旨味。 クリアで美味しい。 ☆3.4
